We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

8. Family Privacy Policy & Children's Privacy
This section describes our practices regarding children's privacy in compliance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the E.U. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Google Play Families Policy. We are committed to providing a safe environment for all users, including families and children.
8.1 Target Audience
Grow Your Faith Ministry is designed for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. Our content includes Bible studies, devotionals, and ministry teachings intended for teens and adults. While families may use the App together, the App is not primarily child-directed. We have declared our target audience accordingly in the Google Play Console Target Audience and Content section.
8.2 Information Collection from Children
We do not knowingly collect personal or sensitive information from children under 13. Sensitive information includes, but is not limited to, authentication information, microphone and camera sensor data, device data, Android ID, and ad usage data. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided us with personal information, they may contact us using the information in Section 10, and we will promptly delete such information.
Specifically, our App does not:
- Transmit Android advertising identifier (AAID), SIM Serial, Build Serial, BSSID, MAC, SSID, IMEI, or IMSI from children or users of unknown age;
- Request AD_ID permission when targeting Android API 33 or higher for child users;
- Request device phone numbers from the Android TelephonyManager;
- Request location permission, or collect, use, or transmit precise location, from child users;
- Use the Android Companion Device Manager (CDM) improperly for Bluetooth connections.
8.3 App Content and Functionality
All content accessible within the App is appropriate for a general audience and does not contain material unsuitable for families. The App is not merely a webview of a website, nor is its primary purpose to drive affiliate traffic to a website. The App provides original ministry content, Bible studies, and devotional resources.
8.4 APIs and SDKs
We ensure that any APIs and SDKs used in our App are properly implemented. We do not use APIs or SDKs that are not approved for use in child-directed services. Any authentication or authorization services we use are compliant with applicable terms of service regarding child-directed use. Where the App targets both children and older audiences, we implement neutral age screening or ensure APIs and SDKs do not result in the collection of data from children.
8.5 Augmented Reality (AR)
If the App includes any Augmented Reality features, we display a safety warning immediately upon launch of the AR section that includes: (a) an appropriate message about the importance of parental supervision, and (b) a reminder to be aware of physical hazards in the real world (for example, "be aware of your surroundings"). The App does not require the use of any device that is advised not to be used by children (for example, Daydream or Oculus).
8.6 Social Apps and Features
The App may include social features that enable users to share content or communicate. If the App includes children in its target audience and offers social features, we:
- Provide an in-app reminder to be safe online and to be aware of the real-world risk of online interaction before allowing child users to exchange freeform media or information;
- Require adult action (such as an adult PIN, password, birthdate, email verification, or other verification mechanism) before allowing child users to exchange personal information;
- Provide a method for adults to manage social features for child users, including enabling or disabling the social feature or selecting different levels of functionality.
The App does not function as a chat roulette, dating app, anonymous user app, or open chat room directed to children.
8.7 Ads and Monetization
If the App displays ads to children or users of unknown age, we comply with the following requirements:
- We only use Google Play Families Self-Certified Ads SDKs to display ads to those users;
- Ads displayed to those users do not involve interest-based advertising or remarketing;
- Ads displayed to those users present content that is appropriate for children;
- Ads displayed to those users follow the Families ad format requirements; and
- We comply with all applicable legal regulations and industry standards relating to advertising to children.
Our ads and monetization practices do not include:
- Disruptive monetization or advertising that takes up the entire screen or interferes with normal use without a clear means to dismiss the ad;
- Rewarded or opt-in ads that are not closeable after 5 seconds (when they interfere with normal app use);
- Interstitial ads displayed immediately upon app launch;
- Multiple ad placements on a single page;
- Ads that are not clearly distinguishable from app content, such as offerwalls;
- Shocking or emotionally manipulative tactics to encourage ad viewing or in-app purchases;
- Deceptive ads that force click-through by using a dismiss button to trigger another ad;
- Any lack of distinction between virtual game coins and real-life money for in-app purchases.
If the App serves ads and our target audience includes both children and older users, we implement age screening measures (such as a neutral age screen) and ensure that ads shown to children come exclusively from Google Play Families Self-Certified Ads SDK versions.
8.8 Legal Compliance
We ensure that the App, including any APIs or SDKs that the App calls or uses, is compliant with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy and Protection Act (COPPA), the E.U. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and any other applicable laws or regulations.
8.9 Parental Rights and Controls
Parents and guardians have the right to:
- Review the personal information we have collected from their child;
- Request deletion of their child's personal information;
- Refuse to permit further collection of their child's personal information;
- Manage social features and app permissions through device settings.
To exercise these rights, parents may contact us using the information in Section 10. Account deletion can also be requested through the in-app Profile and Settings menu.
8.10 Play Console Accuracy
We accurately answer all questions in the Google Play Console regarding our App, including the Target Audience and Content section, the Data Safety section, and the IARC Content Rating Questionnaire. We update these answers to accurately reflect any changes to our App. Misrepresentation of any information about our App in the Play Console may result in removal or suspension, so we are committed to providing accurate information.
9. Permissions
The App may request certain device permissions to provide its features. We only request permissions necessary for the App functionality. You can manage or revoke permissions through your device settings at any time.
